A Wonderful Lambic Surprise

I tasted this beer at the amazing Yardhouse in Denver.  I walked in the bar and asked Jim the barkeep to surprise me with his most unusual beer.  This is what he brought me.  I have had this beer years ago but had never journaled it.  It was absolutely delicious.  I don't drink lambics very often at all but will probably pick one of these up again in a couple of weeks.  If you have never had a lambic, this is a great one to start with.

Lindemans Framboise
Lindemans Brewery
Vlezenbeek Belgium
Style-Raspberry Lambic
Made with airborne yeast and raspberries

Color------------------------Rose
Head------------------------A fluffy full head that has hints of the rose color that is just amazing
Boutique-------9-------------A startling mixture of yeast and raspberries that knocks you out of your seat
Body-----------8------------A Great Mouth feel that is heavy but very carbonated
Bite------------8------------A strong raspberry taste but well balanced against the flavor
Hops----------7------------Very little sense of hops in the beer b/c of the raspberries but well balanced
Taste----------9------------The raspberries are so tasty.  A great taste.  Very sweet.
Aftertaste------9-----------Very dry aftertaste that makes you want to constantly drink this beer.  I drank it very quickly
