The beer was served at John Harvard’s Brew House right across the street from Harvard University. My experience did not start out as a pleasant one with very little help from the bar keep. As I sat down I was asked for a drink order which prompted my usual response, “What IPA’s do you have on tap?” This question received a curt West Coast IPA, which I ordered. I then asked the bar keep to come back and tell me a little bit about the beer when he had a chance. He responded with the beers name. I then asked for a pen and paper and more information in which he told me the beers name again while rolling his eyes. I then decided I would have my meal and beer with another server. I moved and enjoyed a decent chicken finger meal (I was in a hurry to go see Harvard) with my IPA. The beer lived up to the service. I hope that Harvard students aren’t drinking these weak IPA’s. You have my score up above and not much more needs to be said. It was weak and not very hoppy. A beer that I will not have again. Better luck elsewhere.
